Transitions
Significant changes in your circumstances, or even in you, can mean that how you have been approaching your life until recently now no longer works as it once did. Adapting to this change requires you to develop new approaches and acquire new perspectives, outlooks, and identity in your new situation. While the emotional aspects of transition can be taxing, they are often also where the most profound personal growth happens. In fact, transitions can be some of the most important and rewarding parts of a human life.
Major life transitions, including retirement, midlife, career change, empty nest, relationship loss, and managing disability or chronic illness, present opportunities to look at your life anew and to build the foundation of your next chapter. Coaching can help you make the transition successfully and gain the most possible from this challenging and rewarding time.
