Midlife

Midlife often arrives quietly at first—a growing sense that the life you've built, the roles you've played, and the path you've followed no longer fully fit or fulfill you.  At midlife, many accomplished professionals begin to feel this profound shift: the questions mount about purpose, values, and how you truly want to live the years ahead. It's not always a dramatic "crisis," but a deep, necessary awakening where what once drove you—ambition, achievement, external expectations—starts to feel hollow or misaligned. At the Center for Life Transition, I specialize in guiding you through this exact midlife transition with compassion and clarity, helping you honor what's come before while courageously deciding what comes next in a way that feels authentic and energizing.

I know this territory intimately. Having navigated my own major life reevaluations after decades in high-level executive roles at Mass General Brigham, MIT Sloan, Fidelity, and others, I understand the mix of restless self-doubt and quiet excitement that emerges when you realize it's time to realign. Clients often arrive asking heartfelt questions: What do I really want now? Have I been living someone else's script? How can I create more meaning, joy, and balance without upending everything?  Clients frequently emerge feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, and genuinely excited about the second half of life: rediscovering joy, setting boundaries that protect their energy, and crafting a journey that reflects who they are today.

If you're in the midst of this midlife awakening and ready to move from uncertainty to purposeful, fulfilling direction, I'm here to walk with you. Let's start with a complimentary consultation and explore the vibrant possibilities waiting ahead.
