Chronic Illness & Disability.

As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of chronic illness and left a high-achieving career at organizations like Mass General Brigham, MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School Publishing, and others, I understand the profound grief, frustration, and exhaustion that come with this transition—especially the temptation to fight relentlessly to "get back" to who you were before. In support groups in my own journey, I've seen that the people who suffer most are often those who cling to the old version of life, exhausting themselves in denial or endless striving for a return that may not be possible.

At the Center for Life Transition, I specialize in guiding people to move through chronic illness and disability with passion and courage—helping you intentionally build a life in new circumstances that's rich, purposeful, and joyful. Clients often arrive carrying meaningful questions: Who am I if I can't do what I used to? How can I still contribute, connect, and feel whole with these limitations?

Together we can design practical, adaptive strategies for daily thriving: pacing energy wisely, nurturing relationships in new ways, pursuing new passions and contributions, finding joy in small and meaningful moments, and reclaiming agency over your life story. Clients frequently emerge feeling more grounded, empowered, and fulfilled: now with a purposeful, integrated life that reflects who they are today—stronger in acceptance, richer in intention, and living in joy despite the challenges.

If you're ready to stop fighting for the past and start building a vibrant, meaningful future, I'm here to walk with you. Let's begin with a complimentary consultation and discover the new fulfilling path that's waiting for you.
