Retirement

Retirement marks one of life's most significant transitions—an ending, but also the beginning of a rich, intentional next chapter you've earned through years of dedication and achievement. While this next stage in life can be exciting, the structure, recognition, and daily purpose that defined so much of your identity can fade, leaving space that feels both freeing and empty. You can lose a sense of purpose, contact with your network, and the routine of a busy schedule. Even if the timing of retirement was your choice, the transition from a successful career to a new undefined future can often make people ill at ease to say the least.   After you take time to travel and enjoy some well deserved relaxation, now what?

After I retired from senior executive roles at organizations like Mass General Brigham, MIT Sloan, Fidelity, Harvard Business Publishing, L.L. Bean, and H.J. Heinz, I created this practice because I know firsthand how retirement can feel both liberating and deeply disorienting. It involves profound emotional, identity, and practical challenges that deserve focus and attention.

At the Center for Life Transition, I specialize in guiding accomplished people through this exact experience with compassion, clarity, and proven strategies to a retirement filled with renewed meaning, joy, and authentic purpose.  I offer focused, one-on-one coaching that honors your achievements while helping you find clarity, resilience, and genuine fulfillment.

If you're ready to transform retirement from a question mark into a vibrant, purpose-driven next chapter—one that reflects who you truly are today—I'm here to walk alongside you. Let's start with a complimentary consultation and explore what your next chapter can hold.
